Job Description

As the Senior Station Leader, you are essentially the captain of your delivery station. You will be fully responsible for the site’s budget, the safety of your team, and making sure packages get out to customers on time.

This is not a job where you sit in a back office all day. You will be on the floor leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Operations Managers and Area Managers. Because Amazon deliveries run 24/7, you will be managing a fast-moving environment that gets more complex as package volume to grow. you have to handle the daily relationships with the third-party delivery companies to make sure that the driver reach the road safely and efficiently.
